Indications:
Oestradiol Benzoate is indicated in the treatment of silent oestrus and postpartum anestrus in cattle.
Complement in estrus synchronization and induction, with progestagens: FTAI.

Dosage and administration routes
Intramuscular administration.
Oestrus synchronization:
Day 0 of treatment with progesterone IUD + 2 mg of DIOL B (Estradiol Benzoate)
Day 7 or 8 remove device and administer 2 mL of CRONOVET 2 (D-Cloprostenol).
24 hours after device removal, apply 1mg of DIOL B (Estradiol Benzoate).
FTAI (Fixed Time Artificial Insemination) 52 – 56 hours after device removal.

Silent Estrus: Day 0 of treatment with progesterone IUD apply 2mg of DIOL B (Estradiol Benzoate).

Postpartum anestrus: Apply 2mg of DIOL B (Estradiol Benzoate) at the time of treatment with progesterone.
On the day of removal of the IUD, administer 2 mL of CRONOVET 2 (D-cloprostenol) + Equine Chorionic Gonadotropin.
24 hours after removal of the IUD apply 1mg of DIOL B (Estradiol Benzoate).
FTAI (Fixed Time Artificial Insemination) 52 – 56 hours after device removal.

Contraindications:
The joint administration of rifampicin with estrogens, reduces the activity of the latter by accelerating the metabolism of estrogens.
Do not use simultaneously with glucocorticoids.
Do not use during pregnancy.

Precautions:
Verify that the inviolability system of the product and its storage conditions prior to use are adequate, as well as that it has not expired in reference to the expiration date expressed on the label.
Verify that the product is administered exclusively by the intramuscular route.
The doses and warnings suggested in all cases are to be considered by the acting veterinarian.
Do not ingest.

Store between 15 and 30 ºC in a clean place away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach of children.
